My beautiful girl
I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday season. I think for me it was a whirlwind of craziness. I had plans to make and post so many things and unfortunately fell short, actually I totally sucked. This year I hope to make a better schedule for myself and get many more recipes on here to share.
We had a wonderful Christmas and Gattor now three, really understood the excitement and the Christmas spirit this year and was filled with joy and anticipation most of the month. Our Elf on the Shelf, Marshall got my sleepy head right out of bed every morning because she was so excited to see where he was. I almost cried when we put him away.
So for this year, my only hope is to get better organized and simplify my life. As for this site, I have a lot of exciting ideas and lots of things to share and explore. I really want to start cooking more from scratch and making so much more by hand- last night I made corn tortillas for the first time. I also got a new camera lens for Christmas and I cannot wait to explore what it can do!
